At Kama Ayurveda, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products.
You have 30 days to change your mind and return your unwanted products, providing they are sealed and within their original packaging.

2. Drop off your parcel at a ‘print in store’ location near you
3. Show your QR code or shipping label. There’s no need to print anything. You just need to hand the package at the drop off location and show the QR code. They will handle your return for you.
4. Can’t find a ‘print in store’ location near you? Download and print label, then drop your parcel off at any DPD Drop Off Point location
We recommend to keep your proof of return until your return is finalised.
Upon notification of your return arriving back to our facilities, we aim to have your return processed within 14 days.
We will only accept returns of the products complete with the accompanying gift with purchase (if applicable).
