If you need to reset your account password, you can do so at the first step of checkout. When prompted to login to your account, simply click 'Forgot Password?' below the password entry box.
Alternatively, click on the 'My Profile' link at the top right of any page and click on the 'Forgot Password' link. You will then receive an email address instructing you on the next steps to create your new password.
